Flatwater Kayaking - July 26, 2009

Offering 6 lakes within 12 miles of Bear Valley, the flatwater kayaking opportunities are incredible and diverse. Great scenery, clear water and comfortable temperatures makes it just as nice in the boat as out. It doesn't matter if you are a novice or experienced boater, this weekend is guaranteed to give you a splashing good time.

Festival participants are welcome to participate in this years kayaking adventure on Sunday at Lake Alpine. All participants receive a treasure map, catered lunch and a t-shirt.

Lake Alpine Paddling Adventure & Lunch [top]

Come spend the day paddling and recreating at Lake Alpine on Sunday July 26th. This area is the main attraction along Highway 4 during the summer with comfortable swimming temperatures, good fishing, scenic rock islands, sandy beaches and forested shorelines.

Explore Lake Alpine on a family friendly outing with a treasure hunt with prizes for all, a picnic lunch served lakeside, and an event t-shirt.

Need a kayak? All kayak and canoe rentals for the kayak adventure tour are $10 off and include free transport for the event from the Bear Valley Adventure Company!
