Festival Registration

Thank you for taking the time to learn how to register for the Bear Valley Adventure Sports Festival. For your convenience we accept registrations by email, phone, mail or secure online registration. Although folks can register at the festival site, it is strongly recommended to pre-register to insure that you can participate in the events and clinics you desire. If you have questions, comments or concerns, please contact us. We love to talk about our work!

Registration & Cancellation Policies

Registration Policy
Pre registration is strongly recommended. Make sure you meet course prerequisites to register. Full payment reserves your spot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or transfers made within 1 week of the festival will be refunded less the $25 registration fee. No refunds or credits for cancellations or transfers made within 1 week of the festival starting date. In case any events get cancelled due to weather or low enrollment you will receive a full credit for future festivals or programs with Mountain Adventure Seminars.
